Placing an order
An order is a request to purchase. Acceptance depends on stock, accurate customer details, payment authorization, security review, applicable prices or taxes and deliverability. Color may appear different under different lighting or on different screens.
Shipping and customer remedies
The Shipping Policy explains 1–2 business days of usual processing and an estimated 4–6 business days of shipping transit. Within 30 days after delivery we accept return requests for defective or qualifying non-defective new items, and exchange requests. Non-defective goods must remain new, unused and in original condition. Obtain approval before mailing with the free prepaid label included in the package; there is no restocking fee. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days, with bank posting potentially later. Read the Refund Policy for instructions.
