Two separate time periods
Following payment authorization, we normally process an order in 1–2 business days. The estimated shipping journey after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Neither period is an appointment or a guaranteed delivery date.
Checkout and tracking
The destination entered at checkout determines the available services and any shipping charge. Check the address before ordering. We share tracking information when the carrier makes it available.
Parcel problems
If tracking stalls, a parcel is missing after a delivery scan, or packaging arrives damaged, email panajyavajirbhai@gmail.com. Please identify the order and checkout email, add the tracking reference, and send photos of damage when useful so we can investigate.
